Every inbound and outbound call for your account will be recorded. You can access this recording any time via our Client Web Portal or by calling our toll free check-in line. We want you to hear how we sound. The funeral profession is based on “first impressions” and by having the ability to listen to your messages you can hold us accountable for every call we take. Only you can erase your calls.
On the Client Web Portal you can see the text version of the message as well as the contacting made by our receptionist. You will see every number dialed, every fax or email sent, and who received the message.
In addition, time stamps are included to let you know what time the call came in and what time our receptionist began contacting. It’s just another way of making sure we are not delaying your messages!
